Hello my name is Susan, and I have come up to Mi. to visit my Dad, who is in at St. Josephs Hospital Mt.Clemens. He was a practicing Chiropractor until Nov. 29th and was taken to the hospital on Nov. 30th, but he never returned home. So here is the devastating problem that will kill my Father: ST. JOSEPHS HOSPITAL WILL NOT FEED MY DAD! I have been to Mi. twice in the last month, and the reason for my return now is, he is starving to death, and they wont give him enough food! My Dad is hungry, but they don't care if he eats.

I really feel that if I can see him everyday, then I could feed him and get him better. Otherwise he has no chance to live. He has a guardianship hearing on Jan. 30th and I expect to take him home with me then, but if he doesn't eat until then the hearing won't matter. He has lost almost 40 lbs. in as many days. If my Dad is sleeping when they bring him food, then he doesn't get to eat that meal. St. Josephs Hospital will not let me feed my dad. They say visiting hours are only for one hour per day, and they say I cannot bring him any food.

My Dad is hungry, I cannot believe this is happening in America!
