On sept 3rd I went to Jeff and ask him about doing my rear brake's. I ask Jeff " If I get the part's would he do them for me " He said With a stern tone of voice " you go ahead and get the part's and come back, then we will schedule a time " I said " ok ". On sept 12th I returned with all the part's to schedule an appointment . I told Jeff I had all the part's and while I had the money I wanted to pay him for doing the work so I give him the 80.00 labor to do them.
Jeff gladly took the money without offering a reciept. He then proceeded to tell me he couldn't give me a time to bring the car back for the work to be done, he said " come see me tommorrow about 4 , I'll have a better idea then ". So the next day ( sept 13 ) I go back to see Jeff and he say's " I don't have an answer for you, you will have to come see me about noon tommorrow ". I was feeling put off but I said I would. So again the next day (sept14th) I drove back to his service shop.
I go in and Jeff says nothing about making my appointment , he is sitting on his stool gabbing with someone, so I wait. In the mean time some guy drive's in with a pickup truck, the guy proceed's to tell Jeff he hears some funny noise in his truck, Jeff say's " did you check under the hood for the engine " the guy say's " yes " Jeff say's " ok that will be 30 buck's " and they both laugh.
Jeff then proceed's to tell the man to open his hood he would look at it for him. That was when I spoke up and ask again about hey when can you get to my brake's and Jeff Say's ****** " at this point I can's say " I was dumbfounded after being ask to return 3 times and seeing jeff take work from WALK IN'S . This Place Is A Joke unless you are Jeff's friend.
