Complaint Review: Henry's Wrecker Service

I was in an accident earlier today around 8:15am. I had just added my car to my insurance liability only because my car was not only free but a junker. I had my two kids in the back seat and I am 33 weeks pregnant (8 months for those of you that don't want to do the math). My kids decided while I was driving would be the best time to scream at each other and while I was telling them to be quit (shut up I think were my words) I ran into someone else! I'm thinking my god is you serious. My car was free; I only had liability, and now this!! To make a long story short, the police arrived on the scene. They asked me if I wanted my car towed and at first I
thought to myself no I should be fine then the officer said my air bags could deploy. Being 8 months pregnant I thought I didn't want to take the chance. No one told me that it would cost me $275.00 for the tow, which by the way; he was towing another car with mine so they made 550.00 to drive 5 miles up the d**n road! So I begged, pleaded, even cried to please lower the rate that I couldn't
afford. I mean my car was free and a junker. The lady flat told me "NO that is the max we can charge you so we will" what a b**ch for lack of a better term. How is this possible? How can they do this to people? I was so upset it was bad enough that I had gotten into an accident and now im being robbed!!! It was a horrible day!!!
