HER IMPORTS Scam artists, took money and did not send me anything, cancelled order and kept money, would not refund me Greenbelt Maryland
So I spent almost $200 of my hard earned money ordering hair from this company a online. After four days, I asked how come I haven't gotten a shipping notice. On the invoice I was told items ship after 24 hours and that I would most likely receive the hair in 72 hours. Bullshit. uncoupled stand the wait, I just dont understand the lies. So my hair was not shipped and I was told they had no plans to ship. And so I expressed how upset I was at their unprofessionalism
. I was then told they cancelled my order. Great. Called my bank and was told the funds were not being handed over. So I called the company and was told they don't do refunds. So they took my money. And now I'm left with nothing. please beware of Her Imports. They are frauds and con artists.
