Herald-Dispatch-champion improper paper delivery and maltreatment when I complained Huntington West Virginia
I have had an account with this paper company for 5-6 months. In that time I have not received my paper at least 6 times.
I was promised a complete credit for those days but have not been given one. Today (Sept 28th)the paperboy just passed me up again.I called to request my paper and a woman came out to deliver it. She screamed something at my house and threw the paper so hard it shattered my glass door.
