Herb Chambers Dodge Customer service at its worst Danvers Massachusetts
I brought my cat to the dealership 3 weeks ago for routine service, while it was there the used car sales manager, driving another customers Ford F350 smashed into my car. The immediately gave me a rental car as the man who hit my car never even acknowledged that he did anything wrong, never even apologized or even said a word to me. They called me several times to tell me that my car was ready at their body shop, everytime I went to pick up my car there were mistakes made every single time like the bumper not bieng put back on correctly, visable overspray on the moldings, still damaged body work, each on seperate occassions. They told me my vehicle was ready a fourth time at I should go look at it at the body shop, when I arrived there my car wasnt even worked on and left untouched. I never received a common courtsey call to tell me my car actually would NOT be ready. I attempted to bring my concerns to the general manager and he didn't want to hear antyhing I had to say and actually asked me to leave the dealership. I then attempted to reach Herb Chambers actual office, the woman there seemed helpful at first and then stopped returning my calls. Every avenue that I have tried from the dealership all the way to higher management have been extremely unhelpful and not customer service oriented. I will never buy another vehicle from that dealership.
