Complaint Review: Herb Chambers Hyundai Of Auburn Massachusetts

I put down $100 to hold a car til my husband got there to see it. We live 1 1/2 hours away. I wanted a specific model that all three people said that they had and they gave me a stock # for it. My husband got there and the car was not the car that we had discussed. I wanted specifically a 6 cylinder Sonata ltd and they had a 4 cylinder sonata that they tried to sell him. I had to call Hyundai Headquarters in California to get the money credited back to my account.

Please heed the warnings of the other complaints - Read all the numbers carefully like trade in amounts, sale price, payments toward vehicles etc. Check the description on the sticker carefully to make sure you are getting the vehicle that you think you're getting. These people are a team of dirty rotten scoundrels! Better yet, don't go there in the first place - you can do better at another Hyundai dealer.
