My experience is very similar to those previously reported (see the links).
I was asked to pay close $3 800, have decided NOT to, but I did pay a deposit of $1000. After 3 sessions and many warning signs, I have recognized the scam, and cancel the deal with Herb and Doug. I have received from $125 from $1000.

Eventually decided to file a rip-off report to BBB, Ontario, and to this website, against Herbert C. Theune and his companion Doug (ESI).
