David Bergman was really convincing in wanting to help me quit smoking. I didn't have the money so the sale took months. The pills didn't work, I felt no difference. Called for my refund form, got a machine for four days straight, no return call, today I didn't even get an answering machine..

Same happen to my husband and me. The bad part of it is that some things have changed regarding this fraudulent company und it won't be the last time.
Got a phone call from Tiffany@310-400-9151 giving me the song and dance how bad smoking is and her company has a better product then others since it is approved by a Dr. McKinney (which don't exist) and is called Herba Smoke!
My husband called and spoke to the Manager Bryan Nelson at Herbal Marketing when he ordered the product with credit card in the tune of $207.95 for the first two month with a shipping date two days after ordering send via FedEx.
Two month went by and NOTHING!!!!!! My husband called the company and Tiffany yet got only recordings. So I called during business hours with a recording from them that I should call during business hours or leave my number which I did.
Then I called Tiffany and when she finally answered her phone I got a song and dance from this is my day off but I am going to the office to I am now at the office but Ryan Nelson my Manager is not back from lunch yet and I don't know what happen to your order but I will make sure that Ryan Nelson calls you back. Needless to say I never got a call back!
A few days later I called again and got Ryan Nelson on the phone giving me the information that the product got send with regular mail two days after ordering, he has to go to the post office to check out what happen, and he will call me back within 30 minute. Not ones did I have gotten a phone call back from Herbal Marketing or Tiffany regarding numerous messages that I left.
Finally I went ahead and did research per internet and Phone Company. NEWSFLASH. There is no product with the name Herba Smoke to quitt this habit or Company with the name Herbal Marketing and the phone number @1877-462-6242 is a toll free number that cannot be traced.
Tiffany's phone number is from Los Angles California yet there is no business that is listed as Herba Marketing. These people are frauds and criminals and prey on people that are willing to stop smoking and clean up there health.
We have learned from this unbelievable experience and I like to make people AWARE of such crooks. Just hang up or let them give you a phone number and website.
After I found this site I called the attorney general and the credit card company and requested a dispute form since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. Further, a report goes to the FBI Fraud Unit since these people have to be stopped and I want go away till this is done.
