Sold fake possibly harmful botanicals under the guise of a legitimate one. Tried to use differences in strains as an excuse. I've been using this supplement for over 3 years, every strain, various vendors and this is not what they say it was. They also sent samples with my order that WERE legitimate, and since I tried those first and thought it was legitimate, threw away the packaging I could've returned the unopened product in.

The is a scam, or a competitor slandering our services. Not only do we supply the most comprehensive lab reports in the industry for each and every single batch which are readily viewable via the product description at any time, but our years of reviews speak to the contrary of this complaint.

#3Consumer Comment

The botanicals sold by Herbal-Salvation is Mitragyna Speciosa! Any EXPERIENCED consumer knows all strains of "Kratom" (Mitragyna Speciosa) are different no matter what the label referrs to it as.

Its a natural plant and there are NUMEROUS  ways the specific strain can vary from vendor to vendor. An example is if vendor A has a strain "Thai" (legitimate kratom strain sold by numerous vendors) it will vary from vendor B's "Thai" because of multiple reasons...

  • Location grown (sunlight, water, dirt quality, etc..)
  • Care given (stopping bugs/animals from eating it/urinating on or around it, weeding the soil)
  • How the plant was processed into a consumable form
    1. Powder
      1. How course/fine it was ground
      2. Was it devained or were veins ground with the powder
      3. Was it purified to contain more alkaloids (commonly refered to as premium) or was it sold as normal kratom
    2. Liquid Extract
      1. Ratio of grain alcohol used
      2. Active miligrams of alkaloids
      3. Alkaloid miligram content per drop (normally sold with a eye dropper and the mg content per drop)

I can keep going on but the most prominet problem is consumer fault. Wether or not the consumer used a accurate scale to dose properly, if he started high thats his fault. Herbal-Salvation clearly states they do not include instructions nor do they imply human consumption. This isn't just herbal-salvatation NOT A SINGLE vendor of kratom specifies any kind of instructions regarding consuming the product (Kratom)!

I can go on and on but the best way to provide some evidence is to look at a few links that have legitimate users from begginers to very experianced kratom conesours reviewing and vouching for herbal-salvitation's high quality products.

Last thing: You say specifically "Its not what they say it was" based on effects yet every article written about Kratom specifically says its like a prescription drug in the way that it may work differently on a person to person basis. Kratom has a major tolerance factor aswell, with you saying you've taken it for 3 years I would have to argue that your tolerance is most likely VERY high compared to people who use it as a medicinal herb rather a plant to catch a buzz off.
