Herbal Smoke Shop / Global Life Enhancements goods not arrived! no response from company to emails Galloway New Jersey
I ordered some goods from this company on 1st November 2005. I spent $90 online on my debit card. i live in the uk, so understand it can take a while for things to arrive, but i to date have still not received my items. i have repeatedly emailed loss forms to this company, and emailed them, but i have not even had the courtesy of a response. if anyone from this company is on this site can you please contact me so that i can sort this out.
i am still in need of these goods, and my account has been debited for these goods. if i am contacted, this is resolved and i receive my goods, i will carry on shopping with you, however, if i am ignored i will have to take things further.
awaiting a response, an unhappy customer.

derek has contacted me to say that if my parcel has not arrived in a week he will refund my fee in full.

AFTER FILING MY RIPOFFREPORT I WAS CONTACTED BY DEREK THE CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER WITHIN 2 HOURS, AND HE IS ARRANGING A 2ND PARCEL TO BE SHIPPED TO ME, ALONG WITH A FREE BONUS FOR THE PROBLEMS.
I WILL KEEP ALL UPDATED ONCE I RECEIVE THE PARCEL, WHICH WILL PROBABLY BE A COUPLE OF WEEKS AS IM IN THE UK.
