I just received my order from Herbal Smoke Shop.
I am very dissapointed at how this stuff looks, smells, and tastes. It is very horrible and ineffective.

This website is very deceiving. their products dont work.
it smells and tastes like stuff you cook with. like spices, All I got from this company is Riped off.
I feel like an Idiot ordering from them but its a experience. Now I know to never buy from them again.

I will let everyone know not to buy from here and post it all over the Internet. In my own personal website, and other related websites guestbooks and so on...

I am very unhappy.

Well I was unhappy when I first opened my package.
I was hoping that the products would have a more decent smell to it. and it tastes as bad as it smells and looks.

it reminds me of spices used for cooking.

I have it all here still pretty much untouched except for the little that I smoked and threw away .

I tried emailing you on the customer feedback form and I had no response. It says 24 hrs but that is not the case for me.

so this was my last hope for getting at least an answer back.

finally after over a week.

But yes it is "odd" that you never received an email as I did send you one.

and yes. I never did call. But I shouldnt have to if you supposeably answer your emails.

you should check the contact form and see if it is working. because just like me. Many unhappy customers have had the same problem

and No. your direct email is nowhere on the contact form.

if you did I woulde done that in the first place.

I dont appreciate you calling any customers and me liars of not emailing.

because I am not a liar.

that is very unprofessional.

its been over a week.

It is very odd to hear you are unhappy with the quality of the product, but you cannot make everyone happy in life, that is for sure. Everyone is welcome to their opinion, but you need to try them all before you start making these absurd comments. If you are unhappy with your purchase, why not take advantage of our exchange policy and exchange your product for anything else we offer? we are the world's #1 smoke shop for a reason. We have an EXTREMELY high repeat customer ratio, and have less than a 1 in 1000 complaint ratio. Over the past 12 months we have shipped well over 300,000 packages, and have had less than 30 complaints in 300,000. Most are delivery issues due to mistakes by ups or fedex drivers and are corrected immediatley upon our notification. We have over 20 unique herbal smokes for a reason, because everyone has their own favorite! Some people love the dutch, some love the hawaiian, and smoke swear by the blueberry. To each his own. So rather than slam our company, just make an exchange, by following the link on our website.
