Herbal Smoke Shop ripoff for money with no product sent out Galloway New Jersey
sent in order for products on 8/27/2005,was told if add $3.99 extra it would be rushed out within 24 hours. Waited till Sept.6th,2005 before sending out E-Mail asking when order was sent out,reply should come back within 24 hours. AGAIN, No Reply to My E-Mail!!! I will Try Again to Call the Help No. from their reply letters they send to Rip-Off Report.

Finally they sent out my order and it arrived at my house on the following monday with everything I ordered. I checked out several web-sites talking about Herbal Smoke Shop and found many persons who were not happy with their ordered items or the service they got. Many just gave up without a word to hardly another person about being "Ripped-Off" for such things! They did send out my order after I called (3rd Time) and talked to someone at the shop(She was very helpful to resolve the issue!) and it is what I ordered (in full,a few people only got partial orders!) So, over all I have to say that everybody remember to check out the websites performance BEFORE ORDERING ANY ITEM from a internet company and print out all copies of your order forms as they were sent. On a scale of 1 to 10,I would give the Herbal Smoke Shop a 6,just because they did finally deliver the order. Why they don't give tracking numbers for ALL their outgoing orders??? Instead of waiting for something to happen to it before doing something? Just a thought!!!!Just remember that "If it sounds too good to be true...it most likely is!" PEACE OUT PEOPLE.

Remember, this site NEVER takes anything down, so once you call someone a ripoff, it will stay there for the whole world to see.
What if somebody went around telling everyone you know that you were a child molester? By mistake?
See how you have to make sure before you file a complaint? People will see what you wrote and maybe not do business with the company.
Update and let everyone know what happened and whether they was any fraud involved in the first place.

Finally got ahold of someone at herbal smoke shop on sept. 8th,2005 and they said that my order was sent out and should have arrived to me by now, so they sent out another order to my address and gave me a USPS tracking number to follow it with. I checked on it's statis with them and USPS said it was delivered to their postal station TODAY!!!! I will continue to update this as soon as it arrives and if it was what I ordered. If anyone has trouble with them call their number and let it ring for a bit,also make sure you call between 9 AM to 3 PM EST!!! I called by "My Timezone",not Eastern,My Mistake not theirs!!!! So far they have kept their word to ship out another order to me at NO CHARGE (I really DID NOT get the order!) I know of people that have did get their order(Not Herbal Smoke Shop!) and then reported they didn't receive it so the company would send another one! STEALING IS STEALING!!!! If we lie to get extra we didn't pay for, are WE not any better than those we say Rip-off others???? So far I say thank you Herbal Smoke Shop for their prompt solution for my problem,now if the order is what I payed for,I will be happy! And THANK YOU to Ripoffreport.com for a site to find some info and help,Please help them if you can with a couple of bucks or more!!!! Peace Out People.
