I ordered from this company and just like the other complaints, never received my items. It's okay because my credit card company reversed the charges and they are further investigating the issue. In searching the net, I noticed that this company operates many fraudulant websites.

I actually found testimony from someone that really did receive the products ordered and this is what was reported. He said that he ordered the herbal smoke and received it about 2 weeks later although he paid for overnight delivery. He also said that after trying to acheive what would remotely feel like a buzz, he gave up and ended up flushing the product down the toilet. He said that he noticed the dye come off the herb which the company uses to make it look like the real stuff.

In addition to dye, they also use glue to make it stick together. Imagine smoking that stuff. He said that all he was left with was a really bad cough and a house that stunk really bad, and never acheived any buzz/high. He said he got a better high from smoking a cigarette.

Even if HerbalSmokeShop ships now, I would not smoke that stuff. You don't know what you are getting from a shady company and always remember, if things seem too good to be true, they probably are.

"He said that he noticed the dye come off the herb which the company uses to make it look like the real stuff."

Many fruit 'drinks' are altered with food dyes to make it appears as thought it is juice. Fake fur is dyed to appear as though it is real fur. Companies dye stuff to make it look better, chances are the dye is listed somewhere one the package so that kind of a moot point.

Don't mind me for pointing out "your experience" was actually copied from someone else's questionable complaint.
It's not dyed or glued...I tested some. Don't know why that guy stated as such.

>>>This company is being singled out because they use fraudulant business practices to con people out of money. In fact, your response stating that you called many times and always had your call answered is ridiculous and makes me think that you work for Herbal Smoke Shop or have some vested interest in the company. >>>

I have no vested interest at all...nor was I conned out of anything. If you don't beleive me about the phone being answered, try calling them yourself during their hours of operation...obviously, you haven't even bothered doing so.

>>>With that said, I'm sure nobody is expecting a bag of pot; however, you are expecting a product that is not glued together or altered with coloring to make it appear as though it is pot. I already stated that contention was crap.

>>
So is making a false allegation about ANY product, especially when you admit you've never even seen it yourself.

>>
It won't be ME in court...I'm stating this because I'm a consumer who received a product I can frankly rave about after having purchased their competitors garbage. I thought it was good enough that I felt obliged to share my opinions.

>>

So, if you're not out of any money, then what makes you think you have a case in court???? I see a lot of people complaining on this board within 5 days of placing an order (so they claim). And you seem extremely overboard for someone that got their money back....as does most of the complainants regarding this company.
You can think what you want Aimee...I'm not affiliated with them at all. But I AM an experienced smoker who's aware of what is out there. My personal experiences with HSS lead me to smell a few rats as I read these boards.

This company is being singled out because they use fraudulant business practices to con people out of money. In fact, your response stating that you called many times and always had your call answered is ridiculous and makes me think that you work for Herbal Smoke Shop or have some vested interest in the company.

With that said, I'm sure nobody is expecting a bag of pot; however, you are expecting a product that is not glued together or altered with coloring to make it appear as though it is pot. That's just plain wrong and misleading. I believe that is called FRAUD. Doing so is having wreckless disregard for the truth and is against the law because the company (Herbal Smoke Shop) is aware of this. Also known in the legal world as fraud.

Your response to the above, Brad, Derek, or whatever your name is today, is completely ridiculous and you will have your day in court. I'm not out of any money, thank God, but I will have satisfaction is seing you guys go down.

...and it's located at this link:

...and as one of the OTHER reviewers states, "guess he was actually expecting to get a bag of pot!" If this is what you're expecting, then naturally you're going to be disappointed.

I've gone to other companies that sell the same type of product only to receive something that was obviously only tobacco. It sucked. THIS company is the first one I've encountered that actually sells a decent product and it's NOT tobacco...and you may actually find yourself "buzzing"...mildly.

Not sure here why this company is being singled out of all the others that I can say from my own experience sold me crap. I found it to be the only company of its kind whose product actually lived up to what it says it is. All this, "He said...he said...",---what's up with all that??? Most of your post is complete hearsay...and I strongly doubt it's validity anyway.

My experience (which was MY experience) was very prompt...and I was very impressed with the product. For this company to be the ONLY one of its kind being critiqued to the degree I'm witnessing, after having been thoroughly disappointed with a couple of their competitors without a single ONE of them being critiqued, in my opinion, doesn't pass the "smell test".

I know they had problems with packages through the post office missing, but I will note that the USPS does NOT track their packages, making it very easy for things to be stolen. Those problems were apparently resolved.

I even called the phone numbers to see if it was true there was no one there....and they answered each time!

So what's going on here???????????
