A month ago I ordered from the herbal smoke shop on-line. I sent a personal check but never recieved my shipment. The check cleared though. I have attempted to call and the phone is busy at all times. I have sent numerous e-mails and they never reply. I want what is fair, my money back. They are crooked and deserve to be fined big time. They are stealing and getting away with it. Can anyone help?
