I found Herbal Xtreme while searching the internet to purchase some herbal incense.  They had great prices, so after checking a few other sites, their prices were the best so I placed an order for $450.00, on 12/16/2016.  I inquired about a price for the fastest shipping and was told that if I paid an extra $35.00, I would have my order on Monday, 12/19/2016.  I paid a total of $485.00 for my order. I should have realized that ths was some type of scam when I was told that Visa or Mastercard will not pay for herbal incense purchases online and I would have to send the money via Western Union or by bank transfer. I used my Visa card to send the Western Union.

On Monday morning I received an email from a courier service, TURK LOGISTICS AND COURRIER SERVICE (Courrier mispelled sent up a red flag in my head), telling me that I had to pay another $215.00 or my package would be confiscated by Everett custom office. I immediately sent an email to support@turklcs.com Attn: wichan@turklcs, they have never responded to me. I was never informed that there was going to be any additional charges for customs or anything else.  I have ordered from various websites that included stores from China, Thailand, and Japan previously and never had to pay any type of custom charges or any other charges. 

I then contacted Rudi Lagcher and asked him about the email that I received and while I was referring back to the email that I thought was from Turk Logistics and Courrier Service, I realized it was from Herbal Xtreme, supposedly forwarded to me.  This is the second thing that sent up a red flag in my head. Rudi Lagcher replied to me saying "We did not know us custom will charge the package. we received the notification it's in washington."  I responded by asking him why I wasn't informed about this prior to my finalizing my purchase.  I also told him that I have ordered products from other companies in Thailand and was never charged any additional custom charges or assessments.  His next response was "ok". 

I then informed him that I would be contacting the necessary authorities to find out whether this was some type of scam.  I asked him how he could not know that there was going to be an additional custom assessment charge.  I then informed him that they would be hearing from me again as soon as I could find out what was really going on. Once again his response was "okay".

After several attempts to email the courier service I again emailed Rudi Lagcher, and told him that I had tried numerous times to contact the courier service and was getting no response.  His response to me was "No i tried to talk to you and you wanted to handle it so i wanted to let you handle it your way".  I emailed him back and asked him what he was talking about because he had never tried to talk to me about anything.  He will not respond to me anymore.  I have emailed him several times telling him that I just want a refund and that I will take this matter as far as I possibly can in order to get my money back.  He will not respond to me at all.
