Herbalife Sugar & Stimulants poor quality and are potentially dangerous Work from Home scam Los Angeles California

I had been looking to make some changes in life when the little blue book arrived. Being in sales before I actually admired the screening and filtering done with the series of packages. I was so excited to start.
I just feel duped now. For me, it was the poor quality products that was so disenchanting. Though I told my mentor that weight loss was not a concern for me, I was sent the Thermojetics program anyhow. This "nurition expert" advised me to drink the shakes & take the pills anyhow, even though I am on the verge of being underweight.

Bottom line is I didn't do my homework, these products are full of sugar, stimulants and poor quality fillers for fiber. I would rather have a good cup of coffe and muffin from my local coffee shop.

I think that at least the Herbalife weight loss & energy products are of poor quality and are potentially dangerous. One only needs to read the labels. I feel I got much less than I paid for. Wish I would have spent the $ at my beautiful local grocery co-op, where health products of real quaity can be obtained.

I learned my lesson and do not blame anyone. Perhaps herbalife should re-formulate a better quality product and drop all this misleading hype.

P.S. I read one woman's comparison of Herbalife to Avon. Forget it. To sign up with Avon is only $20-$30 and you receive a bunch of fun samples plus things you will actually utilize. Then they ship out your product with no payment up front and as long as you stay current, continue to "front" you their incredible products every time you order. Their skin care & beauty products are mentioned constantly in TOP beauty mags. Avon is the #1 beauty company in the world and is LEADER in raising $ for breast cancer research. Herbalife vs Avon? No comparison.

Herbalife hoax?

#2Consumer Comment

Mon, May 11, 2009

I find this report very dissapointing as i believe the right of the
consumer to be protected is a very important one.

I am a distributor of the Herbalife products for 3 years now after
using them for over 14 years. I have had phenomenal results for my
health and well being. I picked up 8 kilos and had great sports performance
playing rugby in Scotland. I recommended them to friends and fellow sportsmen
because i believe through personal use that they are the best i have ever used

I decided to do the business because of a great product result. I am not a nutrition
expert i am an enthusiast but the person who posted this "report" is certainly not
one either. her claims to poor formulation and fibre "fillers" sounds like she has been reading too many other bogus claims on the internet that is proliferated by so called experts and people who claim one thing and then promote another company or product.

Herbalife has 60 top level doctors and scientists on its medical advisory board that have the responsibilty to ensure the products are the best they can be. Most important to me is that all the people i know in the business are passionate product lovers who are in the business because of their results on the products. This company has grown to a $3.8billion company because of great results. NYSE listed and focused on our core area which is our business revolves around results on the product!

I think it would be best to have the right facts. This is not meant as a personal attack on elizabeth but i am offended by unsubstantiated claims against the product by someone who is not qualified to do so. Other people who could get real value from using this product may be dissuaded from doing so from an opinionated report that came up in a google search as Herbalife. and read herbalife sugar and stimulants poor quality!!!

Now that is not exactly a very good thing for a potential customer to read and it is written by a disgruntled former DISTRIBUTOR not exactly the most objective source
as she joined for the business and was not a customer first so her reason for using the product was very different. For Elizabeth to make claims to the product formulation is rediculous. i would say this report should be taken off this site as it is biased and unsubstantiated slander. oh and nice to see another company promoted there ;) dont want to break the internet trend.

I have used the products every day for 14 years and can truly recommend them to ANYONE as safe, effective and i would recommend anyone to contact a distributor and give it a try themselves.
