this is a fraud plain and simple. they tell you that if you return the product within 30 days you will recieve a full refund.instead of returning your money they return the product. the sticker on the package said they had vacated the bulding.

If the package was returned to you then either you shipped it to the wrong place or the carrier made an error as our location has been the same for years. Please provide a tracking number or let us know what address you shipped it to so we can investigate what happened.
