I ordered DermaZen, a HerbalZen Company product in November, 2011.  My credit card was billed and paid out, and after giving them a reasonable shipping time, I started to contact them about not receiving the product.  I continue to get "autovacationreply" on their email which is herbalzenco@live.com and no answer when I call the number on the invoice:  909-703-5671
