Warning!!! Stay away from using the services of HERBAPAY LLC, herbapay.com DBA BASE,basecommerce.com My CBD company have been without a working credit/debit gateway for over a week. Their customer for resolving issues is absolutely horrible. Numerous times they promised to call or email back but didn't.

Over a four day period we were left on hold for anywhere from 20 minutes to 4 hours with no resolution. It has been a frustrating fight costing us time and dollars.HERBAPAY LLC phone just keep ringing .BASE,basecommerce.com is a SCAM two they go under the name www.vantagepayments.com/.
