Complaint Review: Hercules Hoster

Hercules Hoster is a web hosting/mail outsource business on the Internet offering multiple web services to customers.

Please be aware that this company is an absolute joke when it comes down to doing business. Their customer support is worse than any fast food joint you will ever go to. I have been a customer with this rediculous company for several days now and my account setup is still wrong and I haven't heard back from them since I asked to have my account with them terminated.

Another wonderful service this company provides is the inability to read you emails! When they do respond, days later, they never answer your questions and then they give you irrelevant information.

There is no contact information for support except for an email address that rarely gets checked for customer complaints. Most likely, that is all they receive, so they probably opt not to check it on a regular basis.

Funny how I don't see any customer testimonials on the site either.

I hate the fact that I had to actually waste my time reporting this clowns. But, if it will save others time and hassle then it is worth it. Plus, I hope this company no longer stays in business.
