I filled out a form looking online for a car door for my car. Heritage responded saying that they had the door. I purchased it with my credit card after seeing a picture sent by the company of the door. When I received the door it looked nothing like the picture they sent me. As a matter of fact, I ordered a door for a 2000 Elantra. Then sent me a 1999 model. They said that they would take it back but I had to pay for the shipping. I feel as though that I did not receive what they had led me to believe (via the picture) I should not have to pay for anything, especially the shipping.

This company is a total scam I have worked there for 3 years an I can tell you a that you are not alone In filling this report Caleb runs this buissness like his personal piggy bank and could care less about customer satisfaction he sells parts well knowing they aren't good but once he ships them he just deals with credit card chargeback. The only thing that he is terrified of is Attorney General Divison of consumer affairs then he will give you back your money. Also try placing a complaint with bbb. For the most part try taking you buissness elsewhere and get the customer service you deserve

Customer ordered a door for a 2002 Elantra. We sent pics prior to shipping as well as the vin from car. Door was from a 2002 Elantra not a 1999 as stated, vin number proves this. When customer received the door did not match her cars paint (this is due to various paint codes, aging of parts etc).  We state very clearly that items come as pictured and are good "paintable" parts and do not warranty them to color match. Advised customer they could send back for refund if they wished.

Thanks
Heritage
