Complaint Review: Heritage House Inc

Heritage House, Inc,(Thomas C. Harvey, Jr) is a company that forwards unsolicited products through the US Post Office and then forwards an invoice claiming that the consumer agreed to the charges.

Adding insult to injuries they request that the consumer who received the unsolicited packages solicit a return mailing authorization from Heritage House, Inc.

When contacted by mail, phone they indicate that some supervisor will follow-up to rectify the situation but never do.

Instead they utilize RMBC Collection Agency, 2269 South Saw Mill River Road, Bldg 3, Elmsford Ny 10523, Phone 1-914-345-7136 to badger the recipient of these Unsolicited packages.

The Attorney General Office of the Tennesse Consumer Protection Div.has repeatedly sought remedies for other fraudulent activities.

Unfortunately those remedies were extremely weak.

Please join us in shutting down these fraudulent enterprises.
