HERITAGE LENDING SERVICES OFFERED A LOAN WITH COLLATORAL AND AFTER SENDING THE MONEY THEY BACKED OUT AND WONT REFUND. BIRMINGHAM Michigan
Heritage Lending Services offered me a loan of 15,000 dollars. Because of my less than perfect credit they told me I would have to put up collateral equal to 1 year of the loan payments. I sent them via moneygram a total of $3,720.62 after which they called and said the lender had backed out. I then simply asked for the money back and they said that they could only send the money back on the first billing cycle. They will not tell me their buisness liscense number and tell me to contact their lawyer but wont tell me their lawyers name. The management company for the building at their address is Singh Managment, but they have no record of this company renting a suite in this building.

First you are NEVER..and I mean NEVER going to see that money again. Sorry to be blunt but it is the unfortunate truth.
This is a very common scam called the "Advanced Loan Fee" Scam. The following article from the Federal Trade Commission is a good thing for you to look at.

You are actually lucky(although it may not seem that way). Some people who fall for this loose a lot more. Because they ask for money up front, but then keep coming up with reasons why they need more.
They won't tell you their licence number because they don't have one.

Any legitimate lending institution would not charge you up front for processing a loan. Any fees that might be incurred would be included with the loan amount.
You were ripped of my friend and you are not getting your money back.
You could take the Mob approach. Find out where these parasites are and take a baseball bat to the owner. You won't get your money back but it will make you feel better! :)
