Complaint Review: Heritage Platinum RV Service Contract

Repair work for my rv was authorized by Heritage on two separate occasions for two different repairs.  One in Jan 09 and another in Feb 09.

  After waiting for payment for several months, I called Heritage for an update on payment.  The service person wouldn't give me a time when I would receive payment and was very evasive in answering any questions.  They would verify that I did indeed file 2 claims and payments were scheduled.

 Every few months I would call again and felt that something was wrong because they wouldn't give me any person or number to call for answers.

In January 2010, I finally pressured a person enough that they told me a payment to my repair man was scheduled for Sept 2010 for the first claim.  They wouldn't give me a date for the second claim.

I ask that other people who have service contracts with Heritage will work together to either get our money back for the contracts or pay the claims through our contract time frames.
