Heritage TPA, Inc ripped me off $3,809 Lincoln Nebraska
On June 28, 2003 i purchased a new Bounder motorhome from AAA RV in Medford, OR. The salesman talked me into purchasing an extended warranty againt my better judgement. He said think about all the expensive repairs you would have to pay for. I purchased the warranty for $3595.
In Dec 08' we had to have some work done on the motorhome in Yuma, AZ. I received an authorization # to get it fixed, but was told we would have to pay $214 and that Heritage would reimburse me.
As of 3-5-09 i had not received my refund. I called the 800 # and talked to Gordan. He said the check was on the way. Now that i am back in Oregon i called again on 6-2-09 and talked to Teresa and she said that the check was being processed. She also said that they do not have any control on how Heritage processes their claims. She says they do not have any way of contacting Heritage in any way.
We need to put a stop to this.

On June 2,2009 we sent a certified letter to Heritage TPA, Inc. 1550 S 70th Suite 101, Lincoln, NE. June 6th it was sent back to me. The label says "Return to Sender Not Deliverable as addressed unable to forward." So this seems to confirm my fears of being ripped off by this company!!!
