Complaint Review: Heritage Warranty Company

Just wanted to let you know.....I myself have done business with this company and had to have an engine replacement for a 1992 Mercedes Benz 300SD that was $14000.

My car had had all the required maintenance as required by Mercedes Benz and stipulated in the Heritage contract.

My car had been dealer serviced by the first owner and I continued to have the car serviced(by the book) at my local Mercedes Benz dealer.....I paid for the replacement out of my pocket(because heritage denied the claim) and then I took them to court...Heritage paid me monies that included all repair costs, attoneys fees and court costs,associated with the incident which happened approximately 2 years ago.

An amount that was approximately twice the amount of the initial repair of the car
