Heritage Web Solutions STAY AWAY, Hertiage Web Solutions... Claimed Fortune 500 company bullying small businesses Provo Utah
This company totally ripped me off. Hertiage Web solutions has been a nightmare. I was promised by them, to add pages to my website, add my logo, and host..... To know avail, numerous phone calls, broken promises....I have not received nay services promised or paid for. This should be against the law.
I have been told (4) times that my account has be escalated, I have written the President, and my representative was called to active duty, but know website. This company is quick to say... We are a fortune 500 company. Well, I have to say this company may be fortune 500 but they are rip offs. I received a letter from them stating they would refund my money if I promised not tho disclose this information. I rather the rest of the world know they are Rip-offs so nobody will go through the head ache and lose money as I.

Heritage values all of its clients, especially those with concerns or complaints. In most cases Heritage goes beyond what is fair for the company and errs on the side of the displeased client. In this case, a full refund has been issued to the customer with our apologies that we were unable to come to a satisfactory conclusion for the customer.
There is definitely no such thing as a complaint free company. Research any large company and you will find they have complaints posted about them on the internet, whether justified or not. There are simply a handful of individuals who, regardless of the merits of the issues, post slanderous and/or negative comments. Let me assure all who read this that those few who complain are less than 1% of our total volume of business. Heritage has been able to satisfy every complaint posted, given that customer gives us the opportunity to do so.

Heritage Web Solutions is a company with over 15,000 clients. In our entire history as a company, we have had less than 1% of our clients complain to the BBB.
