July 17th we ordered a fuel pump, sensor and fuel filter from Herko in Miami Fla., via eBay/PayPal.  When received we installed the parts into our customer's vehicle.  After troubleshooting the non-working pump, we discovered after removing it again from the vehicle that it had bad contacts.

This was not an easy removal on a Chevrolet Pickup.  Our customer was waiting for his vehicle due to the fact he was leaving out of state.  We email Herko but did not hear back in time.  Our electronic technician proceeded to repair the pump in order to keep our customer's departure on time.  We re-installed the pump and our customer left out the following day without issue.

We finally received the email from Herko but it was way too late. Our customer was on a schedule.  So we email back and forth several times about if Herko could give us a small discount on the pump since we had to repair it.  Herko was adamant about sending back all the parts for a refund however, that was not possible because our customer was gone.

This correspondence with Herko and ourselves went on for weeks just to request a little compensation since we lost money per our customer due to Herko's poor quality fuel pump.  They could have sent $5 would have been appreciated for their inferior product.  Herko to this date 08/14/20 refuses any compensation for our loss.  So much for customer service.  We will NEVER EVER purchase a Herko product again.. so buyer beware of Herko.
