Complaint Review: Herman Winkelmann /Winklemann "WINKE"

I lent herman $2,500 to help him start a business I then paid for his liability insurance$1,000 plus another 1,500 for re-supply and inventory...I am holding a signed note from him for 2,500 he has made no effort to re-pay..I sold his Bally's gym membership for him for 500..I gave him 350 as he agreeded to pay 150 on what he owed me..when the sale completed he needed to provide me with a copy of his drivers license for autherazation to Ballys and he refused...I then was back-charged 500 to my bank account..He then gave me a car to sell to re-coup some money and again demanded the profits and even took me to court..of course it was thrown out...

Herman you owe me over 4,000 dollars and are a liar and a thief and have NO business running for congress nor associating yourself in any way with the Marines..honorary or not..I served and you are a discrace to many honerable men....I have documentatin for ALL allegations DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN
