HermanStreet.com is a complete ripoff. I ordered Bitdefender anti-virus software from them. I received an email with download instructions but without the necessary authorization code. After two emails and two phone calls I was assured that an email with an authorization code would be sent "within the hour." I never received another email. I emailed the company and asked them to cancel my order and not to charge my credit card. Of course two days later the charge appeared on my card.
Thankfully, my credit card company credited me for the charge. This company should NOT be in business. Do not buy from them!
