Do not buy from HermesKings.com / Hermesky.com / Hermesqueens.com. I ordered a purse from them. Then found out they are in CHINA. They said it would take 7-10days to come, it wound up taking 21business days to arrive.

When it arrived the COLOR WAS WRONG! Also on their website under every purse they show all the accessories that come with it. NONE OF THE ACCESSORIES WERE WITH THE PURSE!

I could not call them because they are in China so I had to email them, they dont get the emails until it is the middle of the night because they are on the other side of the world. In the emails they admitted that they sent the wrong color and that they didn't send the accessories. THEY WERE NOT GOING TO SEND THE CORRECT COLOR OR ACCESSORIES UNTIL I THREATENED TO CHARGE BACK WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY! 

They then told me to return the bag to them, which cost me $54, and that they would reimburse me for the shipping costs. They said that once they received the purse they would send me the correct color with the correct accessories and refund my shipping cost.

When they received the purse they emailed me and said that they refunded the amount for the purse and they were not going to send me the correct one or refund me the amount for shipping.

I told them that I was going to write bad reviews because I didn't want other customers to have to go through what I went through so they changed the name of their website!!!
