Hermitage Oils USA Refused refund, does not comply with stated return policy, ripoff, poor business practice Ames IA
I ordered a bottle of birch tar essential oil from Hermitage Oils USA and I was not satisfied with how pungent it was, not what I was expecting.
Their web site clearlyu states: "We will completely refund the full price of your order if you are not satisfied with the delivered goods" and "You will only be eligible for a full refund if the goods are returned to us intact and unused."
I did not use any of the product, and they still will not accept a refund. I feel this is poor business and I recommend not doing business with this company.
