Herobuilders.com Corporation Embezzeled out of over $100, refused to ship product and refused to refund Oxford Connecticut
Mr. Emil Vicale / President of HeroBuilders.com A Division fo Vicale Corporation took my money but never sent me the dolls I ordered and paid for. Anyway I have reported them the Better Business Bureau.
I have waited over three months called five times and left six emails. All calls and emails were responded to. They said its on the way. The last was that I will get a refund. One week later - refund was never processed. This has been going on for three months.
I am in the process of contacting my credit card company to see what protection I have against companys like this.

Herobuilders.com has been in business for 10 years. We are a very poplar and active company. Most times of the year we are in the press and get many many orders all within a few days, we have always done all we can to help all or clients.
Mr. McDonald did request that he could not wait for shipping and we did all we can to move his order forward. Once Mr. McDonald requested a refund that request went to accounting and a check was sent on June 5th 2009.
II am sure McDonald will not come back here and remove this complaint considering his threatening voice mail he left us.
