Complaint Review: HEROware Inc.

Heroware is not a good source to use for any IT related issues or server back. We outsourced them for a very important back up project and they had sensitive information from our company that we trusted them with just to find out a week later that their "dedicated servers," had crashed and they eventually lost all our vital information and documents. We later was told by our internal IT administrator that we had been hacked into by third party source that used a masked IP address to target and download viruses on our network. All of this happened within the first week of giving our confidential information to Heroware. Not a good company to outsource at all as their system has some serious issues. Be real careful that this does not happen to your company.
