If nothing else, this has been a learning experience. One should check for bad reports BEFORE ordering with a new company. On my first order, all went well. I ordered four, and returned three- kept the best fitting and most expensive. I received a timely refund, probably because I was doing an exchange. On the second return of three bras totaling $103.60- no refund. I mailed them insured U.S.P.S. and they have confirmed they received them, but say the communication between the warehouse and the office (or somewhere) takes weeks. My postal receipt is dated Mar.9th, and they would have received it no later than the 12th. As of April 16th, no credit has been issued. And now, they do not answer my emails.

In all my years of mail orders, online orders, plus Ebay auctions, I have never seen any company this slow or unresponsive.
