Complaint Review: herroom.com

Please, do yourself a BIG favor, do not do business with this company.  They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life on the internet.  There is no customer service.  Do not be enticed by low prices, most likely they won't have the item you ordered and paid for.  Then they will attempt to up sell you.  I have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund they were supposed to issue.  The company sent me a return label (not their usual way of operating) since the rep said she had forgotten about the email I sent instructing her to send a different size.  The next tidbit is then they did not have the size.  It seems the rep cannot send me the correct size until she receives my return unless I want to pay again.  So, they sold out-supposedly.  This was so convoluted and stupid it is difficult to describe.  All I can say is don't buy from them.  If you have any kind of problem with the items they send you will only be having more.
