The website states, "Easy Returnds". Yeah, it was easy however I was supposed to get an exchange. After several months & appempts to contact HerRoom I'm still waiting.
I even asked them to remove the charge for the merchandise from my credit care if they're not going to send me the exchange.
No reply. This is the most unreliable Internet store I've had contact with.
