Hertz Car Rental Upgrades charged without my permission or authorization and then upgrades not given. Las Vegas Nevada
I rented a mid-size car, which shows a Chevy Cruise in the picture on my reservation. I was given a base model Chevy Cruise to drive. When I returned the vehicle I was informed of an $11.00 per day upgrade, and told a Chevy Cruise is not a mid-size car. I called the toll free number and was told they would not refund the over charged amount. This is highway robbery. Please do not rent from Hertz.
