I was Employed by Hertz car rental in 1997 at Dfw location. After 9/11 employees were supposed to be layed off according to seniority according to the memo posted days before it was effected.Me and my fellow employees learned that the company did not layoff employees depending to seniority but their national origin. This issue was brought to the attention of the then city manager during the employee meeting, when i stood up and asked him why they did not follow the proper procedure. He instead gave us a vague answer he can do whatever he wants to do,2 months later i got fired when i rented a car from my employer(Hertz),I was not able to obtain a receipt the day I returned the car.

I found out in a couple days after i returned to my job and requested for a receipt that the car contract was closed.

They fabricated the reason they fired me for that I closed the contract of the car I rented using one of the managers user ID who is in a different location whose user ID i could not for second guess.

The company prohibited employees from speaking other languages
