Do not rent a car from this location.  They evidently are over worked because it appears there is only one person working at a time.  They can't handle the business.  The door is locked if the one person has to go pick someone up.  I was overcharged $400.  They admit they made a mistake.  I was told I would have a refund in 5-10 business days.  Today is day 10 and the manager finally did the paperwork today even though I have been calling for two weeks.  Due to this I will no longer rent from Hertz.  I rent cars quite often but it won't be from Hertz.

The name Hertz is self explanatory.   A cheap organization.   Very difficult to deal with...
