I am unsure of how this organization operates. I have been trying to work with them scince 8/03/07. I have contacted them via telephone and was told that the money which is being directly tranfered from my bank account to them is being saved by them to pay my creditors in one lump sum. This is not what I was told would occur. I have been having $517.36 withdrawn from my account scince august and nothing has been paid. I am having problems with credit checks for puchasing vehicles or a house for my family. I could have sent this money straight to the places it needed to go and help work on my credit score. I am out $2,500.00 at this time and I hope to be able to contact someone who can help get it back.

Trying to buy house/car while negotiating debt?

What is wrong with you? you are using a credit couseling/debt consolidation service at the same time you are trying to buy a house/car? Why on Earth would you think you would be able to get more credit when you defaulted on your old credit?

This is a third party collection agency
go to www.budhibbs.com and look at all the dirt on them
Do not listen to BILL THE COLLECTION PERSON
I use my caps because BILL always answers in CAPS
Good luck and do not let these bottom feeders get to you

ANOTHER INCOMPLETE REPORT

HAVE YOU TALKED TO THIS COMPANY BEFORE MAKING A ROR? IF SO, WHAT DID THEY TELL YOU. ALSO, WHAT IS YOUR DEBT RANGE? HOW MUCH FEES DID THEY CHARGE? MOST OF THESE COMPANIES CHARGE 5-10% OF YOUR DEBTLOAD AS A FEE & SOME CHARGE A MAINTANANCE FEE MONTHLY. IT IS BETTER TO OPEN A SPECIAL SAVINGS OR MONEYMARKET ACCT ON YOUR OWN & FUNNEL MONEY INTO IT. WITH THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID THEM, YOU COULD HAVE SETTLED 6K WORTH OF DEBT BY NOW HAD YOU SAVED THE MONEY YOURSELF, HOWEVER MOST OF THESE COMPANIES TAKE THEIR FEES OFF THE TOP. SO IF YOUR DEBTLOAD IS SAY 20K, THEY WOULD MOST LIKELY POCKET THE 1ST 1-2K THAT YOU GAVE THEM. MOST OF THE TIME THE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, SO IT MAY BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO KEEP THEM OR KISS A BIG CHUNK OF YOU MONEY GOODBYE! NOW, YOU MAY GET OUT OF IT IF THEY DONT HAVE YOUR SIGNATURE ON A CONTRACT OR YOUR VOICE RECORDING AGREEING TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THEIR PROGRAM.
