Complaint Review: Hess And Kennedy

Hess and Kennedy has been taking my money for months, I have not received anything to indicate what has been paid, what's been going on. I received a Summons & Complaint from a creditor and was told to handle it myself - isn't that what I pay them for. They took money out of the wrong bank and have not contacted me to reimburse the bank charges after many emails and phones calls - which they never return.

I'm going to have to start all over again and hope I don't get my wages garnished or sued. Hess and Kennedy should have to pay all my bills just for the aggravation and stress they have caused me and my husband.
