I was a regular customer at Hess gas station in Brooklawn, I was there  a couple of days ago getting 15 dollars in gas. when the man was done.I handed hom a 20 dollar bill.  instead of giving me, my  5 dollars.  he ignored me totally for about 5 minutes. I was trying to get out of there as I have an appointment to be at. I finely started yelling for him to bring my change. all this man did and throw his hands up in the air. and using a language I don't understand. and all this man could say that I could understand was I don't know as he was prancing around and throwing his hands up in the air yelling  something in a differant a language.  I have to say that I was so scared that I almost just drove away. thats how much this man scared me by his yelling and actions... I know this for sure..... I will never ever and I mean ever go back to a Hess gas station again!

Hello Steve. First of all I want to say hello and  second of all. I do know how to spell...

Steve., I am a 52 year old woman. I do know how to spell. but if I didn't.. it really shouldn't matter....as long as I am trying my best...

and I will never call a person a name. because we are all gods children. so who am I to call someone a name. Steve., like I said. That day. I wasn't feeling well.....and then when the incident happened... all I w anted to do was to get to that appointment. I don't want anyone feling sorry for me because jesus takes really good care fo me. But I happen to have the big C word. so it was very inportant that I got to that appointment.,

You said:

The clerk scared you because he was speaking a different language?

and I say: No he didn't scare me because of that. My family is a heinz 57 type family. so for you to make that type of statement is so wrong of you.. it was the manner of the way he was acting as though we were all bothering him... thats what got me alittle worried and than to top it off he wasn't acting in a perfessional manner. he is there to represent hess company and by the way he was acting that day. he was acting in a perfessional maner.. thats all. but for you to come here and say what you said about my posting makes me wonder... do you work for hess?.....ooooh and by the way I am of a mixed race myself. so you should think before you say anything about what another says on here.

and as for Jeff:

If you work at hess my friend. you should know that they changed everything a couple of months ago cause it looks as everyone is new but for a couple of the ones that have been there for a year or more.

anyways.. I just want to say.. you both  have a blessed day as I will.

Maybe it is your communication skills that need work! Look at your post. You are barely literate yourself. My head hurts after reading your post! My advice is to use a debit card or credit card at the pump. Problem solved. Then, take the time and money you save and go back to the third grade and learn the basics of the English language.
