Hess Gas Station 09554 Charged for gas I never received. Pump #8 was running BUT no gas was coming through lines. Total rip off. New Port Richey Florida
Ripped Off. Prepaid $30 for fuel but only got $26-$27 worth of gas. Note: After pumping, my gas tank was only half full. Gauges were running on the pump but No Gas was coming through the line. Gas station attendant said there was nothing they could do about it. This is fraud.
