Complaint Review: Hess Kennedy Company - Hess Kennedy Law Firm

I think (I'm not certain anymore) I have been with this company for help with my credit cards since Fall 2007. Certainly more than $250 is being removed from my checking account every month with the Hess Kennedy name affixed to my bank report. Not once have I ever received anything from this company except the initial contract. I have absolutely no idea if a single penny has gone to any of my creditors. I have called and I am still waiting for a response about this. I became scared when I found this site with multiple other people complaining about the same problem, and more. I am probably going to end up in court because of these people. Instead of trying to handle my debts honestly I am going to appear as if I was just ducking my responsibilities. I trusted these people! Now what?
