Complaint Review: Hess Kennedy Company

I contacted Consumer Credit Counceling of America because I needed help with my credit card debt. They are the ones that put me in contact with Hess Kennedy Company. They immediately started taking money out of my account. They sent me some kind of information packet several weeks later which I filled out and sent back thinking things would get taken care of. They continued to take money from me with no results.

My creditors kept calling, telling me they were not contaced and there was no proposal letter sent. I called Hess Kennedy repeatedly, never got through, and never got a call back. I did not research them until now, five months later. I am out over $500!!! I will be contacting the Texas Attorney Generals Office, the BBB, and anyone else I can think of. I think we should get together and form a class action against this lying, theiving, fraudulent company.
