Complaint Review: Hess Kennedy & Company

Everyone Beware, do not let Hess Kennedy fool you by making comments that the consumer didnt do what they were supposed to do, logging calls, etc. The whole point is that they take your money and do not refund it back to you!!!

The same thing happened to me, they took over $934 dollars out of my checking account the past 6 months! I called and faxed numerous times all my creditors information, when they called and harrassed me and they didnt do anything!! They kept my money and now are saying that I Owe them!!! How can they get away with this? It is A SCAM!!! Please dont listen to what they are saying Hess Kennedy & Company are SCAM ARTISTS!! They use all their legal language and try to make it sound like they are legitimate but believe me they are not!! I will never see my money again! They trick you into telling you your money will be used to pay your creditors and not one creditor gets paid and they keep ALL of your money!!! I am in a worse financial situation then before I called them for help. It was the worst decision I ever made. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they responded with LIES!!!!
