Hess Kennedy is a rip off! After paying them for almost 1 year to help me get my debts paid off, I got sued by one of my creditors, (Hess Kennedy said that's ok we'll negotiate on the settlement) Hess Kennedy said they couldn't do anything because it was a court summary judgement. I am now being taken to court by this creditor trying to block my checking account. Another creditor said they would'nt negotiate with Hess Kennedy, Hess Kennedy told me I was on my own with them too. I have ended my contract with Hess Kennedy and ask for a complete refund because of their inability to do what they claimed. As of today (9-17-07) I have recieved a little less than 1/2 of what I have paid in from Hess Kennedy. THEY HAVEN'T HEARD THE LAST OF ME. I'm also filing reports with the Att. Generals office of Florida and Indiana, and the Better Business Bureau

I contacted the attorney general's office in In. and Fl. and the B.B.B. about this company and after several weeks received a check from Hess Kennedy for almost all of the money I paid in to them. If you are having trouble getting money back contact your state Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Don't give up, write aletter to Hess Kennedy and tell them why you want your money back, and let them know that you are contacting the Attorney General's office to file a complaint. Good Luck.
