Hess Kennedy Fraudulent behavior, liars. Take money out of your account and never payoff your creditors Coral Springs Florida
I signed up with Hess Kennedy Company in September, 2006. I have paid this company over $4500. I was under the impression that they would be making a "settlement" with my creditors and paying them off. It has been over a year now, and not one of my creditors have been paid off. Every time I call them, they tell me they are still working on this case.
An attorney was supposed to be contacting all of my creditors to let them know of this agreement. I am still receiving phone calls from my creditors. My creditors say they have NOTHING on file from this company and tell me they believe it is a fraud.
Do not sign up with this company!
